SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparation of natural gas and gas condensate for long-distance transport, in particular to automatic control of washing inhibitor - methanol from unstable gas condensate (NGC). Method for optimizing the process of washing the inhibitor includes automatic maintenance of process parameters of the process of preparing gas and gas condensate for long-distance transport, separation of the water-methanol solution - WMS and LTC with washing the inhibitor - methanol from the condensate, Its removal through the control valve and subsequent regeneration of methanol from the obtained WMS with its return to the technological process. When the plant is put into operation, the ACS searches for the setting of the minimum possible flow rate of WMS with low concentration of methanol supplied to the injection input of the injector and which guarantees maximum washing of methanol from the LTC with minimum energy consumption for its regeneration.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of determining the minimum possible flow rate of WMS with low concentration of methanol, which guarantees maximum possible washing of methanol from LTC.
