FIELD: gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production and preparation of gas and gas condensate for long-distance transport in the Far North. A method is proposed for automatic maintenance of the density of unstable gas condensate supplied to the main condensate pipeline (MCP) at low-temperature gas separation units. The gas-condensate mixture is purified, separated into gas and a mixture of unstable gas condensate (UGC) with an aqueous solution of an inhibitor (IAS). This mixture is sent to the degasser-separator (DS) and then the IAS is taken off for the regeneration of the inhibitor, and the UGC is fed to the MCP. The weathering gas from the degassing separator (DS) is directed to the main gas pipeline (MGP). The automated process control system (APCS) of the installation controls the density ρfact of the UGC supplied to the MCP with a density sensor and the pressure of the weathering gas ρfact t in the DR with a pressure sensor. The pressure value of the weathering gas in the DS is set automatically by a cascade consisting of two PID controllers. The density of the UGC supplied to the MCP is automatically supported by two stages of PID controllers.
