FIELD: oilfield equipment.
SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to oilfield equipment and can be used for oil production under conditions of high water cut in the produced fluid.
The separating device for downhole separation of water and oil contains a cylindrical body with a base, a disc centrifugal separator, a booster pump and a coalescing filter, which is a series of capillary tubes made of a porous hydrophobic and oleophilic membrane, sequentially installed inside the body from bottom to top. Disc centrifugal separator includes a set of separation plates in the form of a truncated cone with vertical passage channels, a distribution channel for the mixture to be separated, and outlet channels for water and oil. Separation plates are placed on the shaft. The passage channels in the separation trays are located on the generatrix of the truncated body along the circumference and serve as a distribution channel for the separated mixture. The separation plates are made with an outer diameter decreasing in the downward direction, while the water outlet channel is formed between the housing wall and the outer end of the trays with expansion towards the bottom.
EFFECT: ensuring uninterrupted, reliable separation of oil from the downhole fluid.
