FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: burner is proposed for burning a combustible mixture in a furnace to form flame, wherein the combustible mixture contains fuel and air, and at the same time, the furnace has a furnace wall. The burner contains a burner stone with an outer surface and an inner surface, while the outer surface is made with the possibility of passage along the furnace wall, and the inner surface forms a supply channel passing perpendicular to the outer surface, wherein the supply channel ends at the peripheral end on the outer surface; a fuel line passing at least partially through the supply channel and ending with at least one fuel nozzle; a burner head located at the peripheral end of the supply channel and forming the Coanda curved surface, wherein the nozzle directs fuel to the Coanda curved surface in such a way that fuel flows along the Coanda curved surface to the outer surface of the burner stone; and an air channel formed by the outer edge of the Coanda curved surface and connected via the fluid flow to the supply channel, so that air flows from the supply channel through the channel for mixing with fuel to form a combustible mixture, and so that flame is formed on the outer surface of the burner stone so that flame spreads along the furnace wall surrounding the burner stone. The burner contains a set of stabilizers passing from the outer edge of the Coanda curved surface into the air channel. Flame is formed in such a way that flame adheres to the outer side of the Coanda curved surface, in which all the fuel for the combustible mixture is injected through the fuel nozzle.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to prevent flame slips in the system and reduce NOX emissions.
