SUBSTANCE: burner device comprises an external nozzle comprising a bowl neck and a bowl; double-circuit nozzle comprising an inner channel and an outer channel; wherein the outer channel comprises a portion perpendicular to the axis of the burner; wherein the double-circuit nozzle comprises a nozzle insert provided with teeth formed by cutouts so that the perpendicular dropped from the base of the cutout does not fall into the base of the outer channel of the double-circuit nozzle, note here that inner channel comprises plurality of successive Laval nozzles. External nozzle is a Coanda nozzle. Neck of the bowl and the bowl are collapsible.
EFFECT: elimination of presence of liquid phase in external channel, freezing of channels, increase of operating temperature range of burner device to area of low temperatures, reduced erosion wear, increased flame stabilization, reduced noise level of burner.
