SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medical and sports simulators. Claimed simulator comprises vertical guide with support for sliding. On the guide there are: a movable horizontal crossbar connected to the rotary unit of rollers and the ropes retainers, which can move along the guide and be fixed in different positions, and also has places for attachment of sports accessories; horizontal bar installed on top and having a place for fastening sports accessories, as well as guide rollers for cables; rotary plate, connected through the axis of rotation to the lower part of the vertical guide so that the plank can both rotate and be fixed in different positions, wherein a horizontal crossbar is installed at the end of the plank, on which there is a place for attachment of sports accessories, as well as guide rollers for cables.

EFFECT: disclosed simulator is applicable both for general exercises and for therapeutic purposes for posture correction, which makes it universal.
