FIELD: training devices; sport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to training devices for development and strengthening of muscles and joints by gymnastic exercises, as well as exercises with weights and to overcome counteracting forces. Multifunctional training device comprises a frame, which includes a guide beam, a device for creating an adjustable load, a rope-block system, intended for the transfer of this load to the output unit from at least one end of the guide beam by means of a cable equipped with a slider-hook for attachment of carabiners, having the possibility of movement and fixation along the entire length of the cable, devices for interaction with an athlete, which are made as detachable in the form of bars of variable grip, loops, belt retainers, handles, rods-stops. At that, the frame is pivotally connected to the lower end of the vertically arranged and parallel to the frame plane with the possibility of rotation of the guide beam, on which with possibility of movement along it and fixation in its various points there is a landing-stop device, equipped with a device for fastening a cable with the possibility of taking a load from both ends of the guide beam. Handles are fixed on devices serving to increase distance from frame to handles. Training device is equipped with a holder of the angular position of the guide beam relative to the frame. At the same time the landing-stop device can be transformed: into a flat bench, an angular seat, which serves for seat with back support or seat with chest support, as well as lodgement for simultaneous support of back or chest and clavicular part of athlete's body.

EFFECT: enabling the possibility of performing basic, as well as complex multi-joint exercises in a fixed position, without increasing the overall characteristics of the device.
