FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, particularly, to connecting devices for multistage rockets and disconnecting means. Disclosed is a device for separating structural elements under water, which contains two structural elements connected to each other by explosive bolts. Inside one of the structure elements there installed are sensors measuring hydrostatic pressure, a command control unit, explosive bolts and pyrocartridge, connected to each other by means of an electric harness, the pyrocartridge is brought to the piston, which is fixed by a tear-off screw, and at least one sealing ring is located at the connection point of the structure elements.
EFFECT: increasing the reliability of separation of structural elements under water, as well as simplifying the design.
