FIELD: rocketry, applicable in rocket stage separation systems, jettisoning of the nose fairing, deployment of solar batteries, etc. SUBSTANCE: impactless separation cartridge has a case with explosive charges and explosive chamber, piston and a coupling bolt with a groove which accommodates inserts, the case accommodates a sleeve with radial ducts and flanging. One end of the sleeve has a recess which receives the inserts of the coupling bolt, and a nut is fastened on the other end. A running clearance is formed between the nut end face and inner end face of the case. A sealing ring engageable with the piston is placed between the case and sleeve. A minimum clearance is formed between the ring end face and the sleeve flanging. The case has a stop between the sleeve flanging and ring end face, and longitudinal ducts communicating the explosive chamber with the sleeve radial ducts and the cavity between the piston groove and ring. The minimum clearance is less than the running clearance between the nut end face and inner end face of the case, and exceeds the value of engagement of the inserts and sleeve.
