FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydraulic drives for rotary drilling, namely to drill string oscillators. Oscillator comprises a gerotor screw hydraulic motor, including a stator with a lining with internal helical teeth and a rotor with external helical teeth located inside it, and a valve including a first valve element and a fixed second valve element, first valve element is attached to the rotor and is provided with a shank directed towards the valve, and also comprises a plunger module arranged between the first valve element and the valve pair, including an elastomer lining attached thereto, and also contains radial thrust support of rotation, including hollow shaft installed in radial thrust support of rotation, and also comprises a transmission shaft and a threaded adapter, arranged between the inlet part of the rotor and the hollow shaft of the radial-thrust support of rotation, and also comprises a hydromechanical pulse generator, which includes a housing made of external tubular elements, a mandrel arranged inside the housing, made of telescopically interconnected internal tubular elements, elements for transmitting torque between housing and mandrel during longitudinal movement relative to each other, and also contains a spring module between the housing and the mandrel, a thrust bushing between the upper thrust end of the housing and the spring module, and also comprises an annular piston with seals, placed inside the housing in the hydromechanical pulse generator. Transmission shaft is equipped with an external annular collar on its end part, which is directed to the threaded adapter. Threaded adapter is equipped with a tubular shank directed to the rotor and enclosing the external annular collar. Between the tubular shank of the threaded adapter and the end part of the transmission shaft there is a row of balls installed by one side in the hemispherical recesses on the end part of the transmission shaft, the other side is in the longitudinal semi-cylindrical slots of the tubular shank of the threaded adapter. Row of balls forms a hinge mechanism. Rings with spherical bearing surface are installed on end part of transmission shaft, interacting by spherical surfaces with each other, adjacent to external annular collar on the side directed to engine rotor. Inside the tubular shank of the threaded adapter there is a threaded bushing adjoining the rings with a spherical support surface with the possibility of taking up tensile loads acting on the transmission shaft attached to the rotor. Annular piston with seals is rigidly attached to the mandrel to respond to pressure pulsation of the fluid medium pumped through the drill string.

EFFECT: increased resource and reliability of oscillator, expanded range of energy characteristics of pulsating pressure of fluid medium and mechanical power of generator of hydromechanical pulses with lower level of pressure losses, friction forces of the drill string against the walls of the well are reduced, torsional stresses in the drill string are reduced when drilling horizontal intervals of directional wells, ruling out sticking of drill string, longer life of drill bit and higher rate of drilling.
