SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for increasing the productivity of wells. The first and second slugs are pumped into the calculated area of the producing and/or injection well. In productive formations with loose weakly cemented porous and/or fractured reservoirs, the presence of a zone of residual oil saturation, the presence of a zone of maximum water saturation, the presence of an undersaturated transition zone, a zone of maximum oil saturation is determined, taking into account the presence or absence of clay bridges at the boundaries of the zone of maximum water saturation and the transition zone. The water-saturated zone is cut off from the zone of maximum oil saturation with the possibility of ensuring the inflow of oil into the productive reservoir from the subzone of high oil content. Polymer resin is used as the first slug. A hardener is used as the second slug. The second slug is pumped in an amount from 0.1 to 500% of the volume of the first one. A separation solution or composition is injected with the possibility of separating the first and second slugs in a given interval of cleaning the affected object from the products of oil precipitation. A buffer solution or composition is injected with the possibility of cleaning or washing the impact zone. A reinforcing solution or composition is injected with the possibility of retaining the first and second slugs in a given interval. The injection of separation, buffer and reinforcing solutions or formulations is carried out simultaneously or separately. The separation solution or composition is pumped in an amount from 0.1 to 2500% of the volume of the first slug. The buffer solution or composition is pumped in an amount from 0.1 to 5000% of the volume of the first slug. The reinforcing solution or composition is pumped in an amount from 0.1 to 5000% of the volume of the first slug. The permeability in the zones allocated by oil saturation is preliminarily determined. After injection, the well is transferred to the hydrocarbon inflow mode. The method is applicable for horizontal wells, fractured-porous, porous, loose and weakly cemented rocks.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity of the well, taking into account its geological and field features by reducing the water content of products, increasing the inter-repair period of operation and oil flow rate.
