FIELD: space technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of space technology and can be used for collocation (ballistic ensuring guaranteed coexistence) in the same region of a near-stationary orbit (NSO) in longitude and latitude relative to the standing point of spacecraft (SC). The method consists in choosing altitude corridors in the geostationary orbit (GSO) with a length in longitude of at least 0.2° before the start of the operation of a spacecraft with self-collocation (SCSC). The altitude corridors of the GSO are free from spacecraft and are close to the desired containment area (CA) in longitude. Relative trajectories of CASC movement in the phase plane [ΔL;Δr] are closed trajectories and are located outside the area of movement in the same plane of other geostationary spacecraft, where ΔL is the deviation in longitude from the nominal longitude of standing; Δr is the deviation of the SCSC orbit radius from the GSO radius. At the same time, access to the GSO SCSC takes place in the selected altitude corridors.
EFFECT: safety of the transition of the hull in height relative to the nominal GSO is increased.
