FIELD: aviation instrumentation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of aviation instrumentation, namely to flight and navigation equipment as part of the structures of electronic units on manned and unmanned aerial vehicles, in order to fix the articulated position of the connectors during in-block installation to output electrical signals from the printed circuit board to external connectors mounted on the block body. Connector articulation lock contains two posts that are installed instead of nuts when attaching the corner part of the connector to the printed circuit board. Each of the posts is a hexagon with a blind threaded hole on the mounting end and a length exceeding the depth of the mounting surface for the nut of the corner part of the connector. Above the hexagon there is a cylindrical belt with a diameter exceeding the diameter of the circumscribed circle of the hexagon, a flat mounting surface and a precise cylindrical surface with a rectangular cylindrical groove. Similar racks with the same upper part are fixed on the mating part of the connector with a screw and nut. The design of the racks after joining the mating parts of the connector ensures that the flat mounting surfaces of the racks are in the same plane. Plates with precise cylindrical holes and precise center-to-center distances are installed on the racks, which are fixed with locking split washers.
EFFECT: ensuring the fixation of the articulated position of the connectors after docking, which ensures the operation of the connectors under conditions of increased mechanical stress, the convenience and simplicity of docking and fixing the docked position of the connectors of devices located in the depth of the instrument case.
