FIELD: electrical equipment of rail traction vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: railway transport control controller includes a housing, hexagonal and round shafts installed in plain bearings, a drive disk, coding cam disks, a stroke limiting locking mechanism, a stroke release mechanism with a drive of a contactor element for releasing the stroke, a position fixing mechanism, a brake mechanism, a gear transmission, contactor elements and a rotation angle sensor, a control handle movable relative to the drive disk in the axial radial direction, mounted on the upper rod of the telescopic drive of the travel limiting locking mechanism by means of threaded fasteners, a telescopic spring-loaded travel limiting locking mechanism. The drive disk is installed on the drive shaft through a parallel key. The method of operation of the controller is also stated.
EFFECT: invention ensures the implementation of the operation of various motion control circuits with increased switching accuracy of electrical control circuits and the possibility of their redundancy, increased safety and control of operation, as well as compactness and minimal overall dimensions of the device, while ensuring high reliability and maintainability of the device in operation.
