FIELD: aviation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) lighter than air. UAV has an elastic body in the form of an ellipsoid of rotation with a through axial hole. On the upper surface of the housing there is a solar battery, GLONASS satellite navigation system units and communication system units. Inside the axial hole in the horizontal plane there is a hermetically sealed solar battery, in which there is a drain to the rainwater collection system. System of rainwater collection, storage and supply to the hydrolyser is a container located above the hydrolyser. Hydrolyser has air valves. On opposite sides of the housing there are air-screw electric motors. Processes of flight control, application of payload, collection and transmission of obtained information, generation of hydrogen and monitoring of state of power reserves are carried out by a control system.

EFFECT: device for attachment of replaceable payload module enables to use various equipment and quick change of payload to perform a wide range of possible tasks.
