SUBSTANCE: unmanned monitoring system of the earth’s surface contains a ground control station, unmanned aerial vehicles, an unmanned aerial control station containing a shell made in a specific way filled with lighter-than-air gas, a control system, a GLONASS satellite navigation system, a communication system, a computer complex, surveillance cameras, a solar battery, a battery pack, air-propeller electric motors, a compartment for storage in the folded state and launch of unmanned aerial vehicles, optical and infrared cameras, everything arranged in a certain way.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the time and area of observation, the possibility of shooting large numbers of objects, processing, storing and transmitting the received information to the ground control station.
