METHOD OF CABBAGES HARVESTING AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A01D45/26 

FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. Method involves machine head cutting, cabbage head processing, cabbage leaves screening, shipment of heads of cabbage by a unloading device onto a flexible soft trough-shaped flooring fixed on stands on a vehicle, careful transfer of cabbages from the flooring into replaceable containers. Replaceable containers located in the vehicle body in a row on the opposite side from the cabbage harvester are installed on trays with roller supports and retainers. Before feeding the vehicle for loading, the side board from the said side is opened and fixed in the plane of the body base by means of flexible ties, replaceable containers are partially extended onto this side and fixed with the help of a retainer on board, forming a passage in the vehicle body between rows of replaceable containers. Flexible flooring on the posts is installed along the body edge above the side board from the cabbage harvester side, rigidly fixed on the front and rear boards with the help of clamps so that the service personnel, having taken a place on the passage between the rows of containers, it could take heads of cabbage from the flexible flooring and fill containers in both rows with them. After the containers are filled, the passage between the rows is cleared by the service personnel and the retainers are removed, the body side of the vehicle is deflected by means of the power hydraulic cylinder of the vehicle towards the cabbage harvester to such an extent that containers on pallets with roller supports roll down under the action of their own weight from the side to the initial position in the vehicle body, occupying the passage between the rows end-to-end to the adjacent row. After that, the body is again installed in a horizontal position, the board is closed, and the vehicle with the entire useful area of the body is sent to the vegetable storage for replacement of loaded containers with empty ones. Invention also relates to a device for implementing the method, comprising a cabbage harvester with devices for cabbage heads and cabbage leaves screening, device for shipment of cabbages in sparing mode, accompanying vehicle with replaceable containers and flexible flooring on stands.

EFFECT: providing more complete use of useful area of vehicle body for transportation of cabbages during machine harvesting of cabbages using containers.
