SUBSTANCE: invention relates to computer engineering for optimizing performance and quality of service, ensuring data integrity. Technical result is achieved due to the fact that in a secure cloud for transmitting digital data packets, packets can be repeatedly scrambled (i.e., the order of the data segments is changed) with subsequent descrambling, breaking into parts and subsequent mixing and/or encryption with subsequent decryption as they move through the media nodes in the cloud. Methods used for scrambling, splitting, mixing and encrypting packets can be different depending on state parameters, such as time, as a result, execution of the task set by the hacker becomes almost impossible, since he or she can see only a fragment of the packet, and methods used to mask data are constantly changing.
EFFECT: providing secure data transmission.
