All four wheels of a cycle electric vehicle are disks, on the rims of which solid tire-treads are put on, and the disks themselves are made in the form of a set of radial spokes, each of which is made in the form of a straight section, and part is in the form of a spring, and all the spokes are made of strips of spring steel or flexible plastic.
