The bioflotocombin for wastewater treatment includes a body, inside of which there are partitions, and on the outside, there are nozzles, respectively, for supplying the working fluid, waste water, a cover, a foam chute with a nozzle for removing the foam product, a pipe for discharging purified water, a connecting pipe for draining sludge into the screw thickener, having an external drive. The branch pipe of purified water is connected in series by a pipeline with a columned bioreactor with a lower conical part and with a load placed inside. The outlet pipe of the froth trough is connected to a float settler with a conical bottom with a vibrator placed under it, connected by a pipeline to the inlet pipe of the screw thickener.
