FIELD: treatment facilities design.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the design of treatment facilities for complete biological treatment of wastewater from small settlements, namely to aeration plants with aerobic stabilization of excess activated sludge. The hydrocyclone aerotank contains a cylindrical tank with a conical bottom. The reservoir is divided by the first coaxial partition, reaching the bottom of the aeration tank, into an aeration chamber and an activated sludge regeneration chamber. Mechanical aerators are installed in the coaxial partition, in the upper parts of which there are inlets for wastewater, sludge mixture from the aeration chamber and activated sludge from the regeneration chamber. The inlets of the sludge mixture and activated sludge are equipped with control valves, kinematically connected to each other. In the lower part there are outlets of the sludge mixture to the lower part of the aeration chamber. A second coaxial partition is installed in the regeneration chamber, reaching the bottom of the aeration tank, forming with the first partition a regeneration chamber for activated sludge and a chamber for stabilizing excess activated sludge. In the second coaxial partition there are mechanical aerators, in the upper parts of which there are inlets of activated sludge from the regeneration zone and stabilized sludge from the stabilization chamber. Active sludge and stabilized sludge inlets are equipped with control valves, kinematically connected to each other. In the lower part there are propellers with outlets of the sludge mixture tangentially to the lower part of the regeneration chamber. A cylindrical partition is installed in the activated sludge stabilization chamber, reaching the bottom of the aeration tank and forming a settling chamber with a central collecting funnel of treated water. The settling chamber is closed from above with a removable cover with bactericidal lamps installed on it. The upper edges of the first and second coaxial partitions are equipped with toothed weirs. The lower edges of the coaxial partitions and the cylindrical partitions resting on the bottom of the aeration tank are equipped with circulation slots.
EFFECT: increasing the oxidizing power of the aeration tank, providing a full cleaning cycle with the discharge of treated water into the reservoir without additional treatment.
