FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment and is intended to increase efficiency and speed of diagnostics of technical condition of gas turbine engines during their production, testing and operation. Disclosed is a device for monitoring temperature of working blades of a gas turbine, comprising a measuring device installed in the stator housing. On the surface of the turbine blade there is a thermionic layer of material with low electron work function. Turbine blade with thermal emission layer in this case is a cathode. Anode is installed behind the turbine blade in the area of its rear edge and is connected to the cathode through the measuring complex and the voltage source. At that, the claimed device comprises a vessel for storage of substances with low ionization potential (SLIP), a nozzle for supply of SLIP hydraulically through a pipeline and an adjustable valve connected to the vessel for storage of SLIP, wherein the controlled valve is electrically connected to the signal output of the control unit, the outlet hole of the nozzle for supplying substances with low ionization potential is located flush with the surface of the inner wall of the stator of the gas turbine engine.
EFFECT: possibility of measuring blade temperature during operation of gas turbine engines with high accuracy, while providing a high reaction rate, and also implemented by possibility of long-term operation under conditions of extreme temperatures due to surface cooling, vibrations and high pressures.
