FIELD: protective coatings.

SUBSTANCE: coating consists of two or more layers of zirconium dioxide separated by heat-resistant metal layers. The surface of the top layer of zirconium dioxide is modified with nanoparticles of refractory metal. The distance from the upper surfaces of refractory metal nanoparticles completely located under the surface of the top layer of zirconium dioxide to the surface of the top layer of zirconium dioxide is no more than 10 nm. Nanoparticles of refractory metal are evenly distributed in the volume of the upper layer of zirconium dioxide.

EFFECT: reduction in coating temperature, temperature gradients and thermal stresses, which leads to increased reliability and durability of protective coatings of parts made of heat-resistant steels from thermal and mechanical effects.
