Technical result is achieved by calculating information on average energy of pre-processed audio signals; calculating energy information of each pre-processed audio signal, calculating a broadband energy normalization value for a specific pre-processed audio signal based on the average energy information and the energy information of said specific pre-processed audio signal; and performing broadband energy normalization of at least three pre-processed audio signals using broadband energy normalization values for specific pre-processed audio signals, wherein each pre-processed audio signal has normalized energy.

EFFECT: high accuracy of multi-signal encoding or decoding.
