FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering and can be used in devices for secondary power supply systems of radio engineering, automation and computer technology. The device contains a step-up single-cycle DC-DC converter with a feedback amplifier and a reference element, as well as a control unit consisting of a master oscillator, an AND logic element, a logic inverter and a buffer amplifier. To achieve the effect, a second AND logic element, a second logic inverter, a threshold voltage source and a comparison element were introduced into the device, which made it possible to limit the output voltage of the secondary power supply source and thereby increase the reliability of the device operation when exposed to significant jumps in the load output current.
EFFECT: invention increases the reliability of the secondary power supply source.
