FIELD: converters. SUBSTANCE: device has power switch which is controlled by generator, univibrators 12, 24, comparison circuit 5, which controls duration of pause between working pulses by means of photon-coupled pair 6, 7 and controlled power supply which has elements 9, 11, 8, 10 and changes charging current of capacitor 14. In addition device has threshold circuit having stabilizing diode 18, transistor 17, inverter 16 and corresponding resistors. Voltage on turning converter on is determined by resistors 20, 21, 22. Voltage on turning converter off is determined by resistors 21 and 22. Device provides possibility to measure hysteresis loop of turning on/off. Inverter 16 switches thresholds of circuit but also generates start of pulse train beginning with pause. Smooth characteristic of converter turn-on is provided. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities. 2 cl, 3 dwg
