FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used as attachments for laying and distributing construction material on road side. Device contains a spatial frame installed on rotary wheel supports, on which the bunker skin for construction material with a receiving board and a belt conveyor is fixed. On the frame there is also a power group, control elements, fuel and oil tanks and a forming ploughshare on the side of supplying construction materials to the roadside. Thrust buffer with a retractable U-shaped bracket is connected to the hopper, to which a thrust beam with roller drums is attached for contact with dump truck wheels. Thrust buffer additionally contains grips for the wheels of the rear axle of the dump truck in the form of transverse beams, which are telescopically inserted with the possibility of being moved from two ends of the thrust beam. To free ends of cross beams are pivotally connected by means of a pin and fixed by means of flanges longitudinal beams in the form of telescopically connected with possibility of movement relative to each other hollow sections installed when gripping the wheel along its side surface. Hinge pin is inserted into the hole made at the end of the longitudinal beam through its side surface and the end hole of the transverse beam. Hydraulic cylinders are installed along telescopically connected sections of longitudinal and transverse beams, the ends of which are fixed on sections of longitudinal beams, as well as on transverse beams and a thrust beam. At the other end, the longitudinal beams are pivotally connected to the balancing mechanism in the form of a vertically fixed post with rollers at the ends, which are installed on the side of the wheel tread parallel to the thrust beam. Balancing mechanism is fixed on the longitudinal beam by means of a pin inserted into the hole made at the end of the longitudinal beam through its side surface, and holes in the plates fixed at the end of the post. On the longitudinal beams there are rollers for contact with the side surface of the wheel tire.
EFFECT: task is to expand functional capabilities of device due to use of dump truck as pulling force.
