FIELD: road construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for leveling road shoulders and slopes during construction, as well as maintaining them in a normal operating condition. The roadside cutter contains a screw working body, which is cantilevered to the shaft of a bearing assembly with a hydraulic motor. The bearing unit is fixed in the connecting housing, to which the hinged unit with hydraulic cylinders is pivotally connected to move the working screw body. The hinged unit is made in the form of a frame, consisting of two telescopically interconnected sections, made with the possibility of moving relative to each other in the horizontal plane. At the end of one section of the frame, a rectangular plate is fixed, to which an additional plate is attached with the ability to move in a vertical plane, pivotally connected to the connecting body. The first hydraulic cylinder is installed along the sections of the frame of the hinged unit, fixed by its ends on a rectangular plate and on the opposite end of the frame. The second hydraulic cylinder is fixed at the ends between the rectangular frame plate and the additional plate. The third hydraulic cylinder is installed between the connecting body and the additional plate. The frame of the attachment unit is installed between the front and rear wheel axles under the base machine. The frame sections of the hinged unit are made in the form of rectangular pipe sections inserted into each other and connected by transverse beams. The additional slab is fixed to the rectangular slab by means of brackets attached to the rectangular slab on both sides along the additional slab, into which the additional slab is inserted. On the upper side of the connecting body, a bracket with lugs is fixed with an additional plate. The additional frame plate is pivotally connected to the connecting body by means of a bracket with lugs, which is connected by a cylindrical hinge to the lug plates fixed on the additional plate. The frame of the attachment unit is installed under the base machine using an additional frame fixed along the axes of the wheels of the base machine, across which the frame of the attachment unit is installed between the axles of the wheels of the base machine.
EFFECT: expanding the operational capabilities of the cutter by cleaning and leveling the shoulders in hard-to-reach places while ensuring thorough cleaning of the road shoulder with an arbitrary slope.
