FIELD: engineering elements.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sprayer nozzle. The technical result is achieved by a sprayer nozzle containing a body, a liquid nozzle, and an air jet with an external conical surface, attached to the body. An air cap is attached to the body of the air jet with a nut, wherein said cap has an internal conical surface coupled with an external surface, an air supply channel with air swirling grooves on the external conical surface, formed between the swirling blades, and an outlet annular slot formed between the central hole of the air cover and the liquid jet. The air swirling grooves are made in front of the outlet annular slot on the external conical surface of the jet of variable height and width with reduction therein in the course of the air flow and at an angle thereto and to the radial plane. The swirling blades are therein installed at an angle β1 to the radial plane passing through the axis of the nozzle, wherein β1=30…60°, and at an angle β2 to the external conical surface, wherein β2=30…60°.
EFFECT: increase in the performance of the sprayer and the stability thereof in long-term operation.
