SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method and configuration for air conditioning of a room (51) of a building (50). The method includes extracting heat energy from the room of a building (50), supplying said energy to the working fluid of a heat pump using the primary heat exchange connection (103) of the heat pump (30), and releasing the heat energy from the working fluid of the heat pump using the secondary heat exchange connection (104) of the heat pump (30), supplying said heat energy into the geothermal working fluid of a geothermal heat exchanger. The method also includes releasing heat energy from the geothermal working fluid, directing said heat energy to the ground in the lower part of the hole (2) in the ground with a depth of at least 300 m, generating solar energy using a solar energy apparatus (110, 120) provided in the building (50), and supplying the solar energy to a heat pump (30) or to a geothermal heat exchanger.
EFFECT: increase in the total efficiency of the geothermal heating apparatus due to the reduction in energy consumption to ensure the circulation of the working fluid and the operation of the geothermal heat exchanger, as well as the circulation of the working fluid of a heat pump and the operation of the heat pump.
