One input and output of the block is connected to the output and input of the railway transport automatic brake control module, and the other input is connected to the output of the railway transport speed control module, while the block is configured to turn off the emergency brake of the railway transport when registering a zero value of the railway transport speed, obtained from the rail speed measurement element.

EFFECT: exclusion of the possibility of stopping emergency braking by the automatic brake control module before registering the stop of the rolling stock.
