FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a modified OSB (oriented strand board) plate with an upper side and a lower side, while upper and/or lower side of the plate is covered with at least two layers of paper, while the first layer of paper is impregnated with at least one resin, and the second layer of paper is a layer of unprocessed paper, the weight of which is from 100 to 300 g/m2. The modified OSB plate contains recesses at various positions along the OSB plate on at least one side of the plate. The present invention additionally relates to a structural wall for a house construction system, to a dividing wall for a house construction system and a house construction system.
EFFECT: obtaining a modified OSB plate for a house construction system.
