FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to an agricultural baler and its operation method. The baler contains a main channel, at least one main sealer, at least one binding device, at least one driving device, at least one transmitting device. The main sealer is made with the possibility of interaction with the driving device by means of the transmitting device in such a way that the main sealer inside the main channel has the possibility of performing oscillatory reciprocating movements parallel to the axis of the main channel and the possibility of sequential pressing of material located in the main channel, while the binding device is made with the possibility of binding compressed material inside the main channel to form a bale. The control device is made with the possibility of controlling the baler in addition to an operating mode, in which it is possible to press material into bales in a maintenance mode and a launch mode. At least the main sealer is made with the possibility of movement at a maintenance speed that is reduced compared to an operating speed used in the operating mode. The main sealer is made with the possibility of movement in the direction opposite to the direction of movement of the operating mode. The baler also contains at least one energy storage system interacting with a drive shaft of the driving device, wherein the energy storage system is made with the possibility of storing braking energy during braking of the drive shaft and transferring acceleration energy to the drive shaft during acceleration of the drive shaft. The driving device, at least when the baler is operating in the launch mode, is at least partially supplied with energy by the energy storage system. The operation method for the baler consists in that material to be pressed is fed into the main channel, in which material is compacted by means of the main sealer, which is moved inside the main channel in an oscillatory reciprocating manner and parallel to the axis of the main channel. Compressed material is tied by means of the binding device in such a way that compressed material forms a bale. At the same time, in the baler maintenance mode, by means of the control device, at least the main sealer is driven at a maintenance speed reduced compared to the operating speed used in the operating mode, and in the launch mode of the baler, the driving device is moved in the direction of movement opposite to the direction of movement of the operating mode until the driving device takes a launching position, wherein the driving device, at least when the baler is in the launch mode, is at least partially supplied with energy by the energy storage system.
EFFECT: baler is characterized by reliable launch, as well as the possibility of controlling its condition.
