FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used in spinal surgery for intraoperative orientation and correction when installing screws of transpedicular fixation systems into target vertebrae in real time. The navigation complex contains a navigation guide, a guide tool designed to form guide channels for screw systems installed in target vertebrae. The navigation guide is made in the form of a handle housing, inside which a printed circuit board is placed. An electronic gyroscope and a microcontroller connected to each other are installed on the printed circuit board. The microcontroller is connected to a zero-point fixation button built into the housing and a personal computer. The body-handle is mechanically connected to the conductor tool, the orientation of the working part of which is consistent with the output data of the gyroscope. There are marks on the working part of the conductor instrument, which make it possible to assess the depth of its insertion into the target vertebra.
EFFECT: accurate insertion of pedicle screws into target vertebrae is achieved by monitoring and correcting the angles and depth of insertion of the guidewire in real time.
