FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment and can be used for expert control of the progress of surgical manipulations by position, orientation and force-moment data. System consists of a medical manipulation robot and a working member with a two-piece bushing, a navigation stereophotogrammetric system, a set of medical instruments with magnetic fasteners, a multifunctional wireless device and mixed reality glasses. Interconnection of elements of the expert system is provided by methods of their application and software. Method for navigation of medical instruments includes sequential movement of axes of a robot according to signals of a force-torque sensor, planning of the transpedicular screw insertion trajectory on the three-dimensional vertebral model, vertebra initialisation by using a needle probe to match the position of the three-dimensional model and the real vertebra in the stereophotogrammetric system and initialisation of the working member in the stereophotogrammetric system to determine the position and orientation of its axis and safe stop.
EFFECT: multifunctional wireless device is used as part of an expert function for limiting the movement of medical instruments based on force-moment data with displaying results on a screen of mixed reality glasses.
