FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, in particular to methods for manufacturing I-section building elements used as load-bearing elements of buildings and structures. A method for manufacturing an I-section element with a corrugated blind wall or with holes includes installing and rigidly fixing the corrugated wall into thin-walled tubular belts with longitudinal slots and stiffening with reinforcing elements. The belts are made in the form of a closed multi-connected section with longitudinal slots corresponding to the geometry of the wall corrugations, and the rigid fastening of the wall is created by pressing it into the slot and/or connecting it at the joints with the elements of the belts. Reinforcing elements in the form of vertical stiffeners are installed at the ends of the chords, between the chords in the areas of application of local concentrated loads to the chords and along the boundaries of the holes in the wall.
EFFECT: increasing the bearing capacity and reliability of the structure.
