FIELD: oil industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil production and can be used to stabilize the pressure at the suction of an electric submersible pump unit (ESP) under operating conditions of low-flow wells. The device for pressure stabilization at the ESP suction is equipped with a bypass collar mechanism and includes an automatic control system made in the form of a command device and a dynamic level detection system. The dynamic level detection system is made in the form of pressure measuring devices, which are a float that contacts directly with the liquid in the well through a special channel. The lower part of the float is connected to a rheostat located in a separate, insulated chamber. The devices are installed in two places, one on the upper and the other on the lower boundary of the dynamic level. Each of the mentioned devices is located in a special eccentric housing.
EFFECT: continuity of its operation by automating the process of starting/stopping the overflow of liquid, increasing the accuracy of operation by installing a float that allows you to determine the level of petroleum products, while reducing the risk of the sensor triggering the gas pressure in the annulus.
