FIELD: computing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of computing technology and can be used to build automation equipment, functional units of control systems. The technical result of the claimed technical solution is achieved by the fact that the claimed solution involves a logic element whereto four "Inhibit" logic elements and an "OR" element are introduced, wherein the inverting and non-inverting inputs of the first "Inhibit" element are connected with the inverting inputs of the fourth and second "Inhibit" elements, respectively, the inverting input of the third and the non-inverting input of the fourth "Inhibit" elements are connected to the output of the second and the non-inverting input of the third "Inhibit" elements, respectively, and the first, second inputs and the output of the "OR" element are connected with the outputs of the first, third "Inhibit" elements and the first output of the binary number dividing apparatus, respectively, wherein the first, third, second, fourth inputs and the second output of said apparatus are connected to the non-inverting, inverting inputs of the second, inverting, non-inverting inputs, and the output of the fourth "Inhibit" elements, respectively.
EFFECT: ensured formation of the binary code of the integer part of the quotient of two two-digit binary numbers set by binary signals.
