FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to inductor machines of closed and explosion-proof design with air cooling, designed to operate under conditions of gas-pumping units of compressor stations and in other fields. An inductor generator is proposed with a structure usual for two-pack inductor machines with electromagnetic excitation, with placement of excitation winding between packs of a rotor and attachment of its frame on a spacer placed between packs of a stator. A cooling system is embedded in a case, in the form of impellers fixed to the rotor from its outer sides, with cooling plates made on inner surfaces of their cases and cooling channels made on spacer surfaces adjacent to packs of the stator and their elongation on inner surfaces of the case. The generator also contains a system for cooling outer surfaces that is implemented by installing a fan from the back side of a shaft with a rectifying device adjacent to it, and it contains a metal casing enclosing it with the generator, with a branch pipe for cooling air inlet into two parallel cooling channels. One cooling channel is formed by gaps between side surfaces of intensifiers of rectangular and partially rhomboid shape, made on the outer surface of a back shield and closed with a round plate with an inner hole, pressed to them with a case of the rectifying device. The second cooling channel is formed by gaps between ribs and slits concentrical to the shaft axis, made on outer surfaces of the case and a front shield. Ribbing of the case surface is made sector-by-sector.
EFFECT: reduction in weight and dimensions of a generator, and increase in the reliability of power supply of electricity receivers by it.
