FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: first invention concerns a winch assembly of a tracked vehicle that contains a support structure, a reel rotating around the axis; cable (16) wound around the reel; actuator node (10) connected to the reel to wind or unwind cable (16). Actuator node (10) is configured with the possibility of receiving the first control signal (SC1) indicating the required pressure of a pump of actuator node (10) and/or the second control signal (SC2) indicating the required pump performance. A wing control device is connected to actuator node (10) to control winding and unwinding of cable (16), and is configured to determine the first control signal (SC1) and/or the second control signal (SC2) according to a signal (S2) of the measured motion speed, indicating the measured motion speed of tracked vehicle (1), a signal (FF) of the measured traction force, indicating the traction force measured on winch assembly (10), and one or more signals selected from the following group of signals: a signal (S3) of the cable speed, a signal (S7) of the length of wounded cable, a signal (S4) of the required traction force, set manually by the operator, a signal (S5) from the measured angle of arrow (5) of winch assembly (10) relatively to the direction of motion (D), and a signal (PF) of the measured pressure indicating the pressure measured in a branch of high pressure of a hydraulic contour of the actuator node. The second invention concerns a structure of the tracked vehicle with the specified assembly. The third invention concerns a method for controlling the winch assembly of the tracked vehicle.
EFFECT: inventions provide high performance of the winch assembly.
