SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering, namely to pneumatic and steam turbines for driving electric generators, compressors, heat pumps, etc., used in cars and other equipment. The turbine contains a Segner wheel made in the form of a tube with at least one side hole and a closed end. The specified pipe is fastened coaxially with the shaft installed in the base on at least one rolling bearing to ensure the rotation of the specified pipe. At the same time, at least one branch pipe is radially fixed on the pipe at the location of the side opening, ensuring that the working medium passes into it from the said pipe. A blade is installed at the end of the branch pipe, one of the end sides is rigidly fixed on the disk and made in the form of an L-shaped element with an angle in the range of 75-105°, and consisting of front and rear walls fastened together. At the same time, there is a rounded slotted hole in the blade body.
