FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a mixture for the production of plastisols and products containing diisopentyl terephthalates, the pentyl radicals of which are n-pentyl radicals in an amount of more than 25 mol. % and less than 60 mol. %, wherein at least 60 mol. % of the isomeric branched pentyl radicals included in mixture are 2-methylbutyl radicals; and plasticiser, selected from the group consisting of alkyl benzoates, dialkyl adipates, esters of glycerol, trialkyl citrates, acylated trialkyl citrates, trialkyl trimellitates, dibenzoates of glycols, esters of furandicarboxylic acid, dialkanoyl esters of dianhydrohexitols and dialkyl esters of 1,2-, 1,3- or 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic acid, wherein said mixture has viscosity less than 1,000 Pa·s at temperature values more than 10 °C and the ratio of diisopentyl terephthalates to the plasticiser ranges from 60:40 to 10:90.

EFFECT: plastisols containing these mixtures have low viscosity of plastisols, which also increases only slightly with time.
