SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. The tillage cutter contains a shaft with sections with knives fixed on it; knives are attached to the flanges of the section housings, on the inner surfaces of which elastic brake bands are fixed; the bodies of each section are interconnected by spring-loaded bolts and there is a gap between them.
EFFECT: reduced loads on the cutter drum shaft.
