SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas industry, and in particular to devices for drilling side channels from a horizontal shaft of oil and gas wells in order to increase the filtration area of ​​the bottomhole zone of an open horizontal well by increasing the drainage zone of the horizontal wellbore with the creation of side channels in the far sections of the reservoir and subsequent acid treatment side channels. A set of assemblies for increasing the filtration area of ​​the bottomhole zone of an open horizontal well includes the first assembly for orienting the side channel sidetracking direction, consisting of a telesystem, a whipstock, lowered on the tubing string - tubing into the open part of the horizontal well, the second assembly for kickoff and drilling a side channel, consisting of a destructive element, a screw downhole motor - SDM, lowered into the tubing string on a coiled tubing string - TS, and a third assembly for acidizing the bottomhole zone of the drilled lateral channel, consisting of a spherical nozzle lowered into the drilled lateral channel on a coiled tubing string. In the arrangement for orienting the direction of side channel cut-off, the whipstock is made of rolled steel grade 40X, the guide surface of the whipstock wedge is hardened by nitriding with a Vickers hardness value of HV 600-650. As part of the assembly for sidetracking and drilling of the side channel, a cutter-chisel is installed as a destructive tool, and the SDM is made with an adjustable angle of shaft misalignment, and in the assembly, a mechanical disconnector is installed behind the SDM, and then a navigation system. The mechanical disconnector is made in the form of a rod and a body concentrically placed in each other, connected to each other by a shear pin. The rod is rigidly connected to the navigation system, and the body is rigidly connected to the SDM. The mechanical disconnector has the possibility of detaching the body from the rod after the destruction of the shear pin, and on the outer surface of the mechanical disconnector body, annular notches are made in the opposite direction to the notches of the fishing tool with an external grip. The navigation system is connected via a geophysical cable passed inside the TS column with the navigation system control panel. A spherical nozzle lowered into a drilled side channel on a coiled tubing string as part of a side channel acidizing package has five nozzles - one central nozzle and four side nozzles located in the direction of flow at an angle of 45° and at an angle of 90° with respect to each other. Each nozzle has a ratio of inlet diameter to outlet diameter of two.

EFFECT: control of the trajectory of the lateral channel being drilled, increase in the reliability and efficiency of the device operation with the possibility of removing the device from the lateral channel being drilled in case it is stuck in the lateral channel, as well as reducing the metal consumption of the structure and reducing the duration of the lateral channel.
