FIELD: rocketry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rocketry, in particular to an air-to-air missile designed to protect a hypersonic aircraft. Missile (5) for protecting an aircraft from air defense missiles, characterized in that it contains a body consisting of a head part of a fairing (1) of a missile with a video camera (2) installed in the nose, modules (6) of the missile, made with a casing (35), and rocket power plant (16). In the head part of the fairing (1) of the missile, there is an onboard radio-electronic equipment (4) and a screen (3) of the missile's radar station for fixing the flight of air defense missiles. Each rocket module contains a block of gas generators (7) installed inside in the upper part of the module, on the right and left sides of which there are collet locks (15) with detonators (19) of collet locks and pyro-pushers (11) with detonators (12) of pyro-pushers, in the lower part module - a block of electronic equipment (9), collet locks (21) with detonators (22) of collet locks, pyro pushers (13) with detonators (14) of pyro pushers and lithium batteries (10), and in the middle part of the module - an inflatable gondola (8 ) model aircraft. In the collet locks (15), (21) there are spherical connectors (20) connecting the rocket modules to each other. The rocket power plant contains a power control unit, solid propellant engines (17) and side turn engines (18).
EFFECT: protection of a hypersonic aircraft penetrating hostile airspace.
