FIELD: water treatment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of water treatment and can be used to produce water for power boilers. The method for operation of energy technology boilers includes the supply of source water; corrective treatment of feed water; periodic sludge blowdowns of boiler water; chemical control of steam condensate. Chemically neutral steam condensate supplied under constant pressure is used as source water; sludge blowdown of boiler water is carried out once a day; corrective treatment of feed water of power-technological boilers is carried out using an automatic dosing system for chemical reagents (ADS), and chemical control of steam condensate is carried out using in-line analyzers.
EFFECT: simplification of the technological scheme of water treatment and water-chemical regime; lower operating costs; reduction of deposits in the boiler and pipelines of the steam condensate path; increase in the generation of thermal energy in steam at power-technological boilers; reduction of boiler water losses; decrease in stocks.
