FIELD: chemical industry; heat and power industry; environmental protection; methods of the automatic chemical water conditioning using the variable dosing and the additional water softening.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of purification of the waste waters and the water conditioning and may be used in the systems of automation of the installations of the boiler water chemical purification. The method includes the continuous measuring of the hardness of the boiler water after its passing the refreshing filter, at the outlet of the filter and in the boiler, the values of which are introduced into the controller, by means of which through the frequency converters controlling the pumps operation, change the dosing of the water fed into the filter, into the line of the boiler scavenging, and also the saline solution fed to the filter regeneration. At that the water after passing the filter is exposed to the additional softening by the magnetic treatment. At the filter regeneration the controller ensures the minimum dosing of the saline solution fed to the regeneration. The technical result of the invention is reduction of the losses and consumption of the chemically treated water and the reactants, the decreased input of the electrical power, the salt and the gas, the increased duration of the trouble-free continuous operation of the boiler and the pipe ducts, the full automation of the all stages of the chemical treatment of the water used in the industrial steam-water heating boilers.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the reduced losses and consumption of the chemically treated water and the reactants, the decreased input of the electrical power, the salt and the gas, the increased duration of the trouble-free continuous operation of the boilers and the pipe ducts, the full automation of the all stages of the chemical treatment of the water used in the industrial steam-water heating boilers.
