FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, namely to high-strength multiphase tinned sheet steel in the form of a sheet plate-billet for the manufacture of packaging products, such as three-component can cases, can bottoms, easy-to-open lids and screw-on lids. Steel has a chemical composition, wt.%: C 0.081-0.14, Mn 0.2-0.8, Al 0.01-0.09, P 0.01-0.03, N 0.002-0.015, and additionally includes one or more of following components, wt.%: B 0.001-0.005, Cr 0.005-0.05, Ti 0.001-0.1, Nb 0.001-0.2, Cu 0.005-0.03, Mo 0.001-0.008, Fe and unavoidable impurities – the rest, while 0.21% ≤ Mn + 1,3Cr + 3,2Mo + 0,5Cu ≤ 0,91%. The structure of steel consists of ferrite, perlite, martensite and cementite particles.
EFFECT: high strength and tensile strain rates are achieved.
