FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: first, metal coating is applied on sheet steel. Thereafter, it is subjected to recrystallisation annealing at the heating rate higher than 75 K/s, preferably higher than 100 K/s to temperatures higher than 700°C to make the metal coating fused. Then, annealed sheet steel with coating is quickly cooled down to the normal temperature at the cooling rate equal to at least 100 K/s.
EFFECT: high-strength baling steel with good mouldability and high rust resistance.
