SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture. An injector for haylage treatment with carbon dioxide is proposed, including a pneumatic cylinder, a hollow needle with holes, a piston rigidly connected to the needle. The holes on the working surface of the hollow needle are located at its tip and the junction with the piston, and the piston and rod cavities of the pneumatic cylinder are connected by a pipeline equipped with a control valve to change the operating modes of the injector without overspending and loss of gas preservative with a constant supply of carbon dioxide from the cylinder to the pneumatic cylinder. The rod end of the pneumatic cylinder is equipped with a return spring.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the uniformity and accuracy of dosing of the introduced preservative into the haylage mass, as well as to prevent excessive consumption and loss of carbon dioxide when it is introduced into the heterogeneous structure of the pressed feed.
